The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and air fryer, as well as numerous additional kitchen appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.

All rooms are air-conditioned, and the open-plan space features a 65-inch flat-screen Smart TV, as well as a rustic biomass stove.

All rooms have stunning and unusual views of the surrounding nature and gardens, with absolute security and complete privacy.

This is, as we call it, our Big House.
Large, both for its size and for the amenities it offers.
With a private entrance and parking for up to five vehicles, this is an unusual home, built with meticulous attention to detail, where the finest materials stand out and give it a sophisticated and premium feel.
Spread over two floors, the lower level, which provides access, boasts a spacious open-plan living room and a remarkable kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including: a gas stove and oven, microwave, air fryer, large-capacity refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the necessary utensils: a Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
This floor also features two en-suite bedrooms, one of which has two double beds, as well as a guest bathroom. On the upper floor, in addition to two other suites, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, there’s a mezzanine reading area or TV room, often referred to as a refuge or “magical” place!
In the common areas, we offer two 65″ flat-screen smart TVs as well as state-of-the-art Wi-Fi throughout the house.
As for the outdoors, in addition to the large, magnificent, and diverse gardens, there’s a comfortable lounge with modern and comfortable outdoor furniture, providing unforgettable leisure moments.
