Reservation

• All customers must complete the reservation form. Once submitted, they will receive a confirmation email containing the reference of the reserved property.
• The initial payment, corresponding to 50% of the total amount, is required to validate the reservation. The remaining amount will be paid in check-in.
• A reservation will only be considered confirmed after receipt of the first payment (50%).
• Payment is made by bank transfer or MbWay. After completing the reservation request, an email will be sent to the reservation holder with the company’s bank details. The holder has one hour to confirm the reservation; otherwise, the accommodation will no longer be reserved in his name.
• Prices are subject to change and availability must be confirmed by us for each booking.

Cancellation policy

• All cancellations made 30 days or less before check-in date will not be refunded.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount of the reservation.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM
• Check-out must be done by 11am.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Guests must leave the accommodation in the condition in which they found it. Otherwise, an additional cost may be charged for extraordinary cleaning.
